Role: Pivotal CRM Consultant – Developer.

General description:

At Grupo Lanka, an organization with 15+ years of successful experience implementing CRM systems, the dynamic and highly driven implementation team, require the immediate addition of a Pivotal CRM V6 Consultant-Developer.

The new team member will develop, enhance, and maintain corporate information systems, working on all phases of the implementation from the analysis through design, coding, and testing. The position will interface with a variety of audiences within the team  to deliver business solutions using Pivotal CRM V6.0 to a company of the insurance sector. Most of the work will be executed remotely (i.e home office).

Funtions:

His background in Pivotal will provide timely information and knowledge so that strategic and operational decisions can be taken.  The primary duties will be:

Perform business analysis and design on specific business processes.

Perform the detailed programming tasks and create quality performing modules to meet company needs.

Perform configuration and/or customizations to existing corporate information systems.

Develop test plans for testing system modules and integration testing. Participate in system and user testing and system implementation.

Provide assistance to users in areas such as how to use a particular system, module identifying and resolving problems.

Be fluent in English and speak basic Spanish.
Have access to a Windows PC or Laptop and a high speed internet conection.
Be accessible during office hours in EDT/EST.

Offer:

Initially this is a temporary job offering lasting until Dec 31st 2011.  The candidate’s performance and the customer requirements will be instrumental in deciding whether this post becomes permanent.
